Everything in this solar system is in perfect alignment. Is your business?

My five-year-old asked me last week why we don't fall off the Earth. And honestly, it sent me into a bit of a spiral.

The Sun is 93 million miles away and can still burn your skin on a summer's afternoon. It has turned planets closer to it than us into scorched, lifeless rock. And yet here we are, perfectly distanced, wrapped in a magnetic field that deflects solar storms, held in place by a gravitational pull so precise that life didn't just survive here, it exploded into extraordinary complexity.

Nobody engineered it, it just works, in perfect, extraordinary alignment.

"Nothing works in isolation. The Earth doesn't try to generate its own light AND hold its own orbit AND protect itself from solar radiation all at once. It leans into what surrounds it. Your business should feel like that."

The recent launch of Artemis II and NASA shows footage of the astronauts looking back at Earth - this small, luminous, impossibly beautiful thing just floating in the dark - hit me differently this time. Because all I could think was: we get to live there.

This video puts it all into perspective. Our world is so perfectly aligned, protected by our ozone layer.

And so many of us are spending our days exhausted, busy but unfulfilled, trying to figure out the next step entirely alone. Carrying things that were never meant to be carried solo.

The logistics, the structure, the strategy, the detail, that's the gravitational pull your business needs around it. So your energy can go where it deserves to…right at the centre of your solar system. Your vision, your purpose, the work that lights you up.

When the right things are in the right place, it doesn't feel like work. It feels like alignment.
