My career began in a fashion start-up in London, where I quickly found myself operating far beyond a traditional PA role. Start-ups have a habit of throwing you in at the deep end, and I ended up running everything from HR and operations to e-commerce and customer experience. It taught me to think on my feet, anticipate needs before anyone voiced them, and keep a business moving even when the plates were wobbling.

From there, I joined The Chelsea Magazine Company as PA to the Managing Director, later becoming EA to the Chairman and and eventually Operations Manager. Nearly eight years supporting a highly demanding leadership team gave me a real understanding of how CEO’s think, what keeps them up at night, and how much smoother everything runs when they have the right partner by their side. When I relocated to Gloucestershire, I continued supporting them virtually for 3 years, and that shift sparked what eventually became Sarah P Virtual.

Today, I work with founders, creatives and entrepreneurs who want someone they can rely on to steady the pace, bring clarity to decision-making, and keep the moving parts of their business aligned. I still cover operational responsibilities, people-focused work and the practicalities that keep a business running, but the heart of what I do is partnership. I help you think better, lead better and work in a way that protects your headspace.

With over 15 years’ experience across executive support, private PA work and operations management, I’ve seen the inside of many businesses and understand how quickly things can unravel without the right structure. Since launching Sarah P Virtual, I’ve also built a small team of trusted associates, allowing us to support a range of clients and industries with the same level of care and attention.

Outside work, I’m in The Cotswolds with my five-year-old and toddler, usually outdoors, usually on the move, and usually seeing friends or trying to tame the garden! Family time is non-negotiable for me, and that shapes how I work: clear boundaries, honest communication, and a focus on what matters.

Helping people is my gig, I’m highly intuitive and I do it because I love it.
